Processing Time
- In-stock items are processed within 2–5 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended
Preorders
- Preorder items have an estimated turnaround time of 3–5+ weeks unless otherwise stated
- Please note: delays can happen and are outside of our control
- If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together once all items arrive
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier but typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment.
Local Pickup
- Local pickup may be available (if offered at checkout)
- You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup
- Please arrange pickup within a reasonable timeframe
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Wildly Rooted Boutique is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Once your order leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for any delivery issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
